Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion from within the app or by contacting our support team. Deleting your account will remove your authentication profile and associated identifiers.

In-App Request

1. Open Moodie.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your request.

Email Request

Send an email to support@adsquests.com from the email associated with your account with the subject “Delete Account”.

What gets deleted?

• Your authentication profile (Firebase Auth).
• Subscription status is handled by the app stores; cancel active subscriptions via Google Play or the App Store.
• Chat messages are ephemeral and not retained once a session ends.
